Service was excellent. I was disappointed that you do not provide loaner cars especially in the case of a factory recall. I was told I would have to pay for a rental. I was also disappointed that you did not provide a car wash.

Tom Brucks is great. Even when you know he is super busy in the service department he takes the time to listen and make sure all questions are answered addressed. His knowledge of the cars is so vast that I learn something each time and he is able to translate what an odd noise tells what system in the car to check.
