Very very disappointed that when I bring my car in for service I don’t at least get an exterior wash. I get Covid as it relates to the interior and I’m not asking for a “detail “. But not even a wash? Norm reeves - you’re better than this!

The service was great! The service tech found out what the problem was, which was a defective battery, which he replaced.The only complaint I have is that he did not put the covers back on the battery terminals. Other than that, Raul got me in and my car fixed. Thank Raul and thank you Norm Reeves!
