I usually go to Raul because the first time I was here i has a horrible experience with Thomas, he was very rude to me. I was a little disappointed Raul wasn’t there because he always provides the best service.
But i think Thomas rememberedI complained about him last time so he was extra extra nice.

Great job, no squeaking after getting my brakes fixed, also really appreciated the lift home rather than waiting there all day.
Did find dirty footprints in the doorway, which is understandable due to the work involved but would be good if there was a complimentary clean rather than charging around $225

Raul is terrific, a real pro. My one complaint: Why did you get rid of the car wash? It's a great (and cheap) way to help a customer feel better about the overall experience. Everyone loves a clean car, and when you return a car to a customer clean, as opposed to dirty, the customer is much more likely to believe you did a good job and are a good value.
