I call Josue my service advisor I only trust this guy with my vehicle gets my car in and out on time everytime! Gives plenty of updates and options always a pleasure working with him 10/10

I am beyond frustrated with the the lack of support with our squeaking/gurgling sounds coming from our brakes. The dealership will not address the issue which is referred as being “normal”. The following video is what I experience everyday leaving my house, dropping off and picking up my kids from school, etc. The service team supposedly cleaned the glaze from the brakes and rotors. However, there is no mention of this on my work order summary. The only note is that “no work performed” on brakes and rotors.
