Raul is the BEST! EVERYONE gives me crap for going to the dealer, but I trust the team at Norm Reeves VW irvine completely. Raul was very efficient, and he provided me with a list of factory recommended services to be done. I wasn’t pressured to get all the services done. I chose to decline changing the cabin air filter, and that was that. He was always courteous and polite.
