My appointment was at 10:30am which I schedule over a month ago and I didn’t leave the dealership until after 3pm. Never once was I asked if they could provide me a ride. I followed up hourly to check on my car and they kept telling me the techs had to go for lunch. Don’t offer appointments if you can’t stick to them. Such a waste of my day.

Thomas Brucks is the only reason I keep returning ! You have an outstanding supervisor or customer service rep! I'm not sure what his title is but he is someone I trust -which is not easy with me.
