My service was fine, and they offered to wash my car, which I fully expected because I had to leave my car outside based on the recall information. I would’ve been fully satisfied with your service if my car had already been washed when I came to pick it up. Instead the car had to be washed after I got there, which meant I had about a 15-20 minute wait before I could leave.

This is not against Cindy. But my issue is still not corrected.
The navigation is still not up to date. Directing to locations that has not been there are years and also not taking to close by locations.
Very unreliable and frustrating. This is uneasy traveling when I can not rely on the navigation when it’s one of the perks I paid extra for.
I hope this will not be overlooked.

They did just what the mechanic from Purrrfit Auto said they would do you count on machine to do a mans work I explained that the coil had coolant in it the #4 well that didn’t matter the went with what the machine said and replaced # 1&4 coil my car has a bandaid till the next time this happens it takes a mechanic to look beyond the machine and actually fix the problem I don’t feel safe in my car now this same thing happened two months prior and I paid to have #4 coil replaced and it took 2 months to do the same thing and I told them it needed a head gasket and everyone I talk to that are Mach’s I said say the same thing

Daniel was my Service Representative. I have brought my truck to Norm Reeves two times in the last 10 days with no fix. I am told, that my truck is in need of having an engine diagnosis and I will need to wait for someone from Service to schedule a special service appointment to look at the engine. It has been 4 days since that was told to me and still no one from Norm Reeves has called. This is a $70K truck and I feel like I don't matter to Ford. This is truly disappointing. I hope Service calls soon. ****-****-xxxx.
