The good news is you have an incredible service person. His name is Gary. He goes above and beyond. All of the other experiences at your service department has been disappointing. I have sat in my car while other people went before me when I had an appointment. When I picked up my car last time uou had a service person at the desk talking on the phone. He never even looked at me. It took me 1/2 hour for your team to retrieve my car. This is just a couple of very disappointing experiences with your service team. Gary is an exception.

Took 2 and a half hours to get my oil changed, when I got my car back it looked as if my glove compartment (which is normally neat) was looked through. It also took about 30 minutes to just turn in my car for the oil change, they just kept saying give us a second when we were just waiting and wanted to turn the car in to get our day started. Not coming back here, I will stick to going further to the El Monte Hyundai, easy, and only takes 30 minutes to get my car back and the price is $20 less.
