They had called me when it was ready to pick up and when I finally got there my car wasn’t read nor washed. After one of the employees said they will wash my car and told me to wait 15-20mins I did. Once I waited 20mins and once I came back to check in, they told me they thought I had left already. Which I didn’t understand because how can I leave without my car. After another employee said that they had lost the keys to my car i had to wait an extra 30mins and finally they brought my car. They were highly disorganized.

I was told a part on transmission was leaking and it wasn’t it turned out to be a bad pan gasket another service failure from your team 660$ estimate done for 200$ by a shop that’s been doing transmission work for 35 years! I guess I need to find a new Ford dealership for service work ! Completely dissatisfied with your service advisor as well!
