One of the main reasons I initially brought the car in for was not asdreessed during the 10 days the car was there (waiting for a part). Our inital service representative was no longer working there, so the ball was dropped. I was told to bring it back again for the other service, but we are just frustrated with our experiene there.

Although, Rafael was excellent… I had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time for anyone to even talk to me while I sat in my car. Three other cars came in after me and were taken. Finally I had to go get someone. That turned out to be Rafeal who did everything he could to try to make things right. He told me at that time I could have filled out an envelope put my keys inside and leave my car. I was not told of this option at the time I arrived. When picking up my car I had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes to wait for them to wash and vacuum it and I found out my number had been changed on the pick up envelope by someone? I realize the Covid has changed many things for us here, but this is not the first time this is happened. It seems most times that I’ve come in for servicing I’ve had to wait beyond my appointment time. KudosDo you go to Rafeal. This was not his fault, as he had just come back from lunch prior to him meeting me

In these Pandemic times, it is nice to know that Norm Reeves is employing top-notch service advisors who are adept at streamlining the service process and minimizing unnecessary prolonged interactions. Mr. Gonzalez-Moran communicated with me regarding all elements of the process, including ensuring that a process that should have taken longer than the normal business hours would typically allow WOULD indeed get completed in the promised time frame. And, yes, he did deliver on that promise. While going to the dealer means an increased cost for services that others will do for a lower cost, I continue to bring my Vehicles to Norm-Reeves because of the quality of care, service, and attention. Overall the problem got fixed after 8 days, great.no offer of a loaner vehicle for a 8 days of warranty work.since it was warranty I don’t feel it held much priority hence 8 days in the shop.communication wasn’t the best, although I talked with Tony and he assured me he was calling and leaving voice mails,I just never received them.whether it was his phone or mine idk.after a review I left I did start getting text messages so I was satisfied with a once a day update.
