I was told twice that the part to repair the recall on my car was in I scheduled an appointment when I arrived I was told there were no parts They should have at least called me to cancel the appointment.

There should be more communication between dealerships. I was told to take my car to Cerritos even though I bought it in Huntington Beach.
I was told my car needed to go on a test drive yet somehow I only have .7 miles more than from when I dropped off my car.
I paid $160 for my car to sit at the dealership. I will be calling the service department manager.
