Honestly it was a great experience until recently. I traded in my mustang for a brand new bronco. The Bronco window had some scratches but sales guaranteed this would be fixed within two weeks of purchased. Literally coming at 60 days of when I purchased the vehicle and it still hasn’t been fixed. I took in twice already and there is always an issue. First time the part wasn’t order and this second time the replaced the wrong window. Literally worst experience ever. Then over the weekend I received a toll road fee of the vehicle I traded in from the new owner, which means dealership didn’t transfer liability and now I have to take time out of my day to fix something that the dealership should’ve taken care of. I haven’t had old car for two months and receiving fees that should be sent to the new vehicle owners.
