Daniel Sanchez was an amazing service advisor that understood how terrible I was serviced at other dealerships and took care of all my issues right away. Continuously updated me and got my car fixed in a good amount of time. Best service I have received at any dealer hands down!

I wish they would speed the process up by being more efficient. For an oil change I left the truck at 9am. I was number 3. I called at 1 and they told me a couple of things needed replacement. I need my vehicle promptly or my options given. As a matter of fact if they would have called earlier I would have gotten more done.

Arrived a few minutes before my appointment time. When I arrive it was it approximately 10 cars ahead of me. I asked the service rep if everyone ahead of me had an appointment. He said yes. I requested to speak with the Service Manager. When the Service Manager arrive I told my concern. He apologized and said people arrive either early or late for their appointment. He took my car ahead of others. Something needs to be done for those who arrive on time for their appointments without dealing with management.

I was quoted one price which is the normal 79.99 oil change for my fusion hybrid which is the price I normally pay and then when I went to pay the service person tells me oh the price is higher due to the synthetic oil for the hybrid. My car only goes to that Ford dealership for oil changes and some other service. I usually get help from another person and have always been given the 79.99 oil change price I have never paid over 100.00 for an oil change. So I am not happy with Tim’s service. He should have noticed that the car was a hybrid in the first place as all my major service has been done at your dealership.

My initial experience was not good my vehicle was there for 2 weeks evelyn esquival was initially helping me and it seems as if my vehicle was misplaced or not getting the proper work done on it in order to get to the root of the problem once Daniel took over things went a lot quicker I most likely will not be bringing the vehicle back for service

Wow! Where do I begin. I drove to the dealership to have a brake problem looked at. I was told that no walk ins were being accepted that day and to call and make appt. I did get an appt. for the next day via phone call. A short time later received an email to confirm the next days appt. however it was for a different time than the one I was given over the phone. 2 more phone calls to confirm that the email was incorrect. Took my car in the next day (9am) which they did receive. I was assured to be contacted by 2pm for update on my car status. When I got home I noticed that description of my brake problem was not as I had stated. At 2:30pm I called the service vehicle status line and was met with general service voicemail. I ended up leaving 3 messages requesting an update. In addition, I sent two texts requesting same. By 4pm had not heard anything. I called again but used the appointment line to get a real person. When I asked to be transferred to my service rep directly, I was was told he was not working that day. (I had left my car with him at 9am). Finally I was connected and was told vehicle would be ready the following day. Danial Sanchez, my rep, put a rush on the job and called me to pick up vehicle early to enable me to leave on a trip out of town. He was the bright spot of my experience.
