When I came to pick up my Explorer, it was someone else who had me sign and he said my copies were in my vehicle. I waited a while before someone brought my vehicle out and as I was driving away, I realized that my copies were not there. There were other people waiting, too, and they didn't look happy.

It is the second time that Christian the person in charge of Lincoln appointments drop the ball by not complying with the schedule time. I was very disappointed by that. I had to wait over 2 hrs the first time and over 1:30 the second time. I was late to work both times. Wherever the reason is it created a inconvenience on me. Other then that everything was fine. After receiving my car by the pickup/drop off system…I verified that what I asked was performed on my car. After expecting the engine, I noticed that my liquids in my car were not topped off. All liquids were below standard. I spoke to my advisor and he told me my liquids “should be” below “Min”. Minimum means AT LEAST or more. I clearly needed my car to go home as I was finishing up at work; and my advisor asked if I could bring the car back to the dealership to check my car. I paid about $100 for the full oil change and maintenance check just to receive my car not checked. I will not bring my car back to Cerritos for further maintenance.
