In the past, I’ve purchase two trucks from Airport Marina Ford, the Service was great, never had a problem. My experience with Norme Reeves was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! My initial complaint was my horn had been going off for no apparent reason, I was told it was my battery, although I had no problems with my battery I went ahead and paid for a battery and the service fee of $160, the horn continued to go off, I was then told it was the alarm, I knew it wasn’t the alarm as I told them the alarm was disconnected and the horn continued to go off, so they disconnected the horn and of course the horn continued to go off. I was then told the service guy had drove around and nothing ever happened, I found that to be suspect since the alarm goes of randomly all day/night when I’m driving and while I’m sleeping, disturbing my neighbors. Eventually they test it four the umpteenth time and the horn started going off uncontrollably, I was told it was because I was driving around banging on my horn “a total and completely insult to my character”, I was then told it was the airbag and the cost was $1000, just to later find out the problem was a button that had to do with the horn. My deductible for the horn was $100, I was out of $378 dealing with this dealership. I will continue to post in EVERY FORUM I could possibly post in and warn any and everyone “NOT TO GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP” as they do not honor warranties and will falsely accuse you and complete thieves. I don’t need a response as I’ve voiced my experience already.

Did not get notification on what was being done didn't get a car so l was walking for 2 days

Hello I just want to let you know that Daniel was so helpful he got my car in there and out of there within a few hours I was so happy with the way he handled everything and I just want to say thank you so much.

My car looked beautiful when I picked it up from having the protective film put on it. Ivan was courteous and helpful. He arranged for a driver to take me to the mall and then pick me up after the work was done.

He was profesional and did a great job today. I’m happy with the service! Thank you

Your prices for parts and labor are ridiculously high. Just to replace my rear view camera came out to $600. I will never go back again since my warranty has expired. Your team has been nothing but not helpful with my other concerns with my vehicle. Your service dept is extremely hard to get a hold of, and drop offs are longer wait times than Disneyland. I've bought 2 vehicles from there and I will never go back.

Things went better than the first time I used your service. Disappointment was the failure to even acknowledge my return to pick up my car. 5 men in the office, and not one even looked up when I entered the counter area. I had to announce I was there to collect my vehicle. My primary contact, Michael Chacon was not in the area, but he did have my car and paperwork ready when I arrived. He did everything he stated he would do, and was clear in all he stated.
