My appointment was at 8:35am. I arrived and waited in my vehicle at the service lane for 50 minutes without anyone assisting. I had a funeral to attend at 10:00am and had to leave my vehicle and walked inside. By then, my vehicle was checked in…I was late for the funeral service ????.
