All dealings I’ve had with Daniel Sanchez of your dealership have been exemplary. He has always bent over backwards to assist me. He returns my calls when I leave him messages that often are just questions I have about my vehicle not necessarily requiring any repairs. Rafael Gonzales-Moran made our experience easy and wonderful. Rafael was very polite and professional throughout our service. When he called to let us know our vehicle was ready. He explained everything they did, bc we had certain things we did not want the dealer to do. Example - when they rotated the tires, not to put air in them. That's bc we run nitrogen in our tires. We also have put our air filter that was still good. Rafael made sure our requests were followed which was wonderful. Thanks to Rafael for making our experience a good one.

Feb 3rd was a busy morning for you! I had an 8:00am appointment, showed up 20 minutes early and the line was almost to the street.
Mike came out, welcomed me and thanked me for being a return customer. Mike seemed sincere and professional. Mike called me before the expected time to discuss a couple observations the mechanic made, which I declined for now. Mike was respectful of my decision and promptly processed my paperwork. The car was ready for me when I showed up. I would definitely like to work with Mike again.
