Thank you for servicing my vehicle, and calling me to inform me that parts were available for the recall, they also provided me a rental that was very satisfactory. They were prompt in calling me to tell me the car was done and ready for pick up. I was hoping they would vacuum the interior which they didn’t, they also didn’t indicate if they checked my washer fluid in the car and the filters. I know my car still carries those things.

I’ve always found the service to be good so far at Norm Reeves. However, when I was informed that I needed to replace the lug nuts on my tires because they have expanded, I was not happy and did not have it done as the price quoted, $177+ is way out of my budget being a senior citizen with limited income. Later I Googled that problem and it seems the lug nuts are defective, so why aren’t they on recall list and replaced by Ford for free????? Why should customers have to pay for something that Ford made a mistake on???
