My 2020 Ford Escape had several unfortunate issues with it. I had worked with Tony Ybarra before and was thankful to have gotten him again through this process. He consistently kept be updated on the status of my vehicle. He provided me a rental to use the entire time I didn’t have my vehicle. The only thing left to do on my case is to install the bolts for my driver side front door. All in all, Tony Ybarra is an exceptional employee. Norm Reeves Ford Lincoln Cerritos is lucky to have him.
