no I was not satisfied with the service before this one my 2022 F450 diesel exhaust fluid injector malfunction and caught fire. It took three weeks four days to fix it because they were trying to find out if I did any modifications to my truck and it is all stock, they were supposed to supply me with a rental car and they did not. They said they had to find out what was wrong. They knew from the beginning what was wrong and the truck was under manufacture warranty and I paid for the platinum service plan so I don’t have to pay for any service and I was supposed to get a free rental car if they keep my car over two days , that did not happen

Every time I take my truck in for service when I get it back paperwork always says my tires have been rotated and you guys never rotate them says check my brakes. I don’t know how you check the brakes if you never take the tires off. besides that, I’m 100% satisfied with Oscar service tech

Eduardo went above and beyond his duty to make sure that I left with my car completely satisfied and happy. This car was left to me by my late father who passed in August of last year. It has a lot of sentimental value. Eduardo understood this and he took the best care once I handed the keys over to him.
