Crystal Lopez was friendly and proficient from the first moment she greeted me and made me feel welcome at Norm Reeves Ford to when she gave me the keys after my service with the breakdown of what this service completed and its results. She informed me of what I needed to know every step the way. She would ask me if I had any questions or other concerns but she was so thorough that I didn't really have any regarding this service. She was very professional yet friendly. I hope to work with her again.
