I brought my vehicle in for a complimentary service. She noticed it had a recall even though a few weeks earlier we were told we didn’t need to fix it. She said Ford had changed that and arranged to have the recall taken care of at the same time. Since it was going to take longer she arranged for a ride home. The car was finished at the time promised. She went out of her way to work things out for me.

Eduardo was absolutely the best service representative I have ever worked with. As a retired business owner i had purchased over 50 vehicles in my carder. Never have I had a.gentleman as Eduardo be courteous, conscientious, polite, and just old fashioned caring. The car in repair was my 91 year old mother’s and he treated her as if she was his mother.
