Mike was incredibly pleasant and courteous!I made an appointment for 9:15 and he was there at the appointed time! He called us to review some small issues with the brakes and received approval for repair, he was very was helpful ! He called when the car was ready and he introduced us to Rick Baker the Director of Service, who was very nice and gave us a free oil change since the last visit was a difficult one . The car was pulled up and I was shock when I got into the car to see not only was the outside of the car wash but the inside was vacuumed and clean! I was able incredibly impressed and happy! Both Rick and Mike has changed me to a very happy customer and Mike also sent me a text and said he would love to be my service rep on all visits ! For sure he will be my go to guy ! Rick Baker a valuable director and they are both winning employees !!
