Took way to long for the work that was done to our vehicle. Then the new battery didn't work before we left the lot thank goodness. It was 2 1/2 hrs for oil change tire rotation and a new battery.

Connor did an excellent job! He was right on time,told me the truck was done, and offered to deliver it to my address, with a valet service. Very satisfied.
The only criticism I have is the valet service tried to deliver the truck to my next-door, neighbors house!

We scheduled a time for an oil change and then was told it would be two hours. Very frustrating since some of these other places you can pull up and have the oil changed that quick. I don’t take it there because I expect more from Ford. A company that I have been loyal to. I just feel that it was too long to ask to wait for an oil change. Yes I understand that you do more than that. Even the people checking in blamed it on too many people there at one time. Well I don’t make the service time schedules.

I arrived to town late last night on a three day drive from California on my way to Vermont, with an engine light flashing. I called 6 other mechanics this morning and no one was able/willing to help. I had contacted another ford dealer and they suggest I go to you because you are open Saturday and Sunday in the event I needed parts ordered.
