I had a terrible experience just getting my car in to be serviced. After talking with the manager that scheduled me, I came back for the scheduled date and was told that “you in fact do not have anything scheduled and it is because that manager never writes anything down” … Not my problem. I was treated as if I do not know what I am talking about. Once finally getting my car in after weeks of waiting, I was again not treated very nice. I was being rushed out the door. I asked about two recalls on my vehicle and was told “don’t believe everything you read on the internet “ I then showed my phone of proof of the recall and it was once again dismissed like I knew nothing. I will never bring my car back here solely because of the service team.
