So I said no because if the noise comes back it could be costly and I believe it will. There was no resolution found that why I said no

The noise from the vehicle which was a concern was not addressed. I was told after over a week of being without a vehicle and over $1600 later that I could come back in and get that addressed at a different time. My vehicle sat for 3 days without being dealt with because customer service did not relay to the service team that my husband had called Monday and they were waiting on a call from my husband to work on my vehicle.
