Everything from setting up the appointment on the prior day, checking in, explaining what I wanted done, wait time, and recommendations regarding additional needed repair — everything — great! Regarding the additional repair needed, I called my insurance company when I got back home and the car (which has been in an accident last year) still had an unused “open” claim. Overall, I appreciated the friendliness and kindness of those who helped me. The only thing I was frustrated with was the time it took to get the oil change/tire rotation. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 am and my car was not finished until 12:15 pm. While I enjoyed my time reading in the waiting room, I would've liked a more prompt service time since I was waiting. Thank you!
