micheal was very nice .. so was his manger .. but i had to make 2 separate trips and was charged $300 dollars in labor to replace climate bulbs .. i was charged labor the second time because they did not have the bulbs in stock and had to be ordered .. i tried to discuss this but micheal insisted it was a second labor .. it's not my fault they do no have the bulbs in stock .. why do i have to pay TWICE when it could've been fixed for 1 hour /$150 labor ... plus diagnostically they were going to charge me $1000 for a component i did not need ... plus i got charged tax on the second labor bill .. i don't think this is correct ..
