I was told simply that my car was ready to be picked up. I was not told that the back passenger-side had not been fixed yet because the part had to be ordered. I saw the seat had not been fixed, and I had to go back into the office to ask as to why.

Service takes a bit long I have to get Uber to my house and back to Honda when it is done because they said it will take like noon for it to get done. I got there 9:30 and they texted me at 12:30 to say it’s done. I totally understand it’s busy but I just wish you have a courtesy car to take me home to little neck which is not that far anyway, hehe just thinking. But overall no problems. Thanks

Service was good - problems addressed.
However the work site seemed short staffed but there was a lot of customers - perhaps mgmt could add some more mechanics.
I was told 1.5 hrs for service and it took over 3 hrs. Would have preferred a more realistic estimate so i could plan better.
I will come back tho
