Crystal asked if I would like to have the full 60,000 mile checkup done on my 6 year old Fusion. I had come in for The Works tune-up. I agreed, but unfortunately did not ask the price. Instead of a $60 job taking 45 minutes, I got a $600 job that took 3 hours. It was an unpleasant surprise.
