Two days after having “The Works” service completed, I was on an appointment and noticed upon walking back to the truck that the protective cover under the engine, that was partially removed to perform the service, had not been reattached properly. The cover was hanging down several inches above the ground which involved me having to get under the truck to reattach it correctly!
My last service with Capital Ford resulted with one of my Chrome wheels being damaged which has been noted.

I identified Oil trail behind vehicle at checkout. Truck was taking back to service bay to ensure no oil leak. Good.
Service tech forgot to fasten the splash guard underneath truck driverside.
Apparently i need front brakes and lug nuts but the mechanics notes were never brought to my attention. Not sure what condition my breaks are in or what the lugg issue is.
