Horrible customer service after the car being there almost a complete month the person who was in charge of my car which was Simon hadn’t called me after we spoke about what was wrong with it he wouldn’t answer my phone calls and I had to drive 2 towns over to go in person to see what was going on with it because there was no form of communication I had a former ford employee call and then they finally kicked it into gear unacceptable. Never going here again .
