My Lincoln was checked in by another employee I told him the Lincoln was making a loud noise when at at a complete stop. I wanted that checked, when I went to pick up it hadn't been checked. When I asked Estevan he said it hadn't been documented si it wasn't checked.

I made an appt. for my car to be picked up from my house and taken to Capitol Ford for service. Instead, an employee came to pick me up, not my car. They had to go get another person so there was someone to drive my car to Capitol Ford. There seemed to be a lot of confusion and miscommunication among the staff regarding the pickup and the work I wanted done. It all worked out in the end but was very frustrating. Not sure I would have them pick my car up again, it was so disorganized. All the service I requested did get done and I appreciate that.
