You guys didn't find out what is wrong with our car, I drive two babies in this car and now have to worry when the next time this will happen which will be the 4th time it'll happen. Steve was kind, but I am so very disappointed with ford itself and will never be purchasing a ford ever again. We also have made a NHSTA complaint.

I paid $2,157.00 to repair an oil leak . Picked my car up at the dealership, drove it home and a puddle of oil was on my driveway under my car. Now I have to have my car towed back to the dealership to have it looked at. Plus they had my vehicle 4 days to go a 20 hour job.
