I don't appreciate being lied to. Information available on the internet refutes what I was told about my parking assist sensors being obsolete. You wasted 5 hours of my time.

Probably the only issue I have is that they had my car for 1 week & I had to get on a waiting list for a courtesy car which I never got. I know they were very busy & I wanted my car repaired properly, which it seems ok. But being without transportation is very stressful. I guess I'm old school remembering how things used to be

Steve made a great first impression on me of capital city ford. He was familiar with the description of my car issues. Steve found that the repair was covered by warranty. He let me know early that the transmission mechanic was going to be on vacation and gave me the option to wait or have another mechanic do the work. I appreciated the option. Over all I am very pleased with the service from Steve and the mechanic. The cashier was pleasant as well.

Im very disappointed with the service I believe i was lied to about the new motor being put in my car because the motor that was put in my car runs way rougher then my old motor you can feel the motor shaking in the car my old motor never shook like this motor does.. so all in all I give the service a 3 outta 10 and I still have yet to receive any type of paperwork on my car saying its a brand new motor like I was told it would be

Steve was awesome and the repair is perfect so far. I did notice some scuffs on my new wheel but no way to prove it wasn’t there when I brought it in. So I put touch up paint and went about my day. I was very pleased with everything else and will def be back. Thank you all very much
