Returned the truck with only an oil change completed. Manager said there was no exhaust leak, I walked outside the service area and started the truck only to hear a loud exhaust leak upon ignition. Truck still suffers from lack of acceleration. The idle is also bad. I would not recommend Capitol City Ford to anybody. They have wasted my time and money.

Please educate the service managers in what is and what isn’t covered by warranty’s . I was told my issues was covered and then had an appointment scheduled, show up to the appointment 2weeks later and find out that my issue wasn’t covered by warranty. Wasting my time and the service department employees time .

It must have been a very short person servicing my truck when the job was complete. They parked my truck and my seat was all the way up to the steering wheel and I think it should have been moved back. My passenger seat was reclined all the way back for what reason I don’t know But they should’ve put it back how it was my lock for my wheels was not back in the glove box where it should have been.
