I asked that my keys be placed in the car & the doors locked. Keys were visible in the cup holder, instead of in center console or glove box & doors were unlocked so anyone could have driven my car away.

This may not have to do with Scott. Although I waited almost 4 weeks for my car to get fixed. I delivered my car to the store four days early than my appointment and didn’t get it back until 27 days later. Unfortunately I was led to miss information, about when my car will be ready on a weekly basis. The Ford dealership in Lemoyne, never did this. LB Smith had things done tight. I’m not sure if this is Covid related, but it cost me unnecessary money for my car to sit in your lot for that time period.

Scott was awesome to work with! Kept frequent communication while my car was being serviced. I opted to have my car picked up because I had to work. He actually made it possible to have my car picked up a little earlier than their general pick up times which was greatly appreciated and helpful soni didn't have to interrupt my work day. He was super friendly and personable.

An identical issue arose during this inspection that was fixed during last year’s inspection. Instead of honoring the part and replacing it, the mechanics decided to clean the part. I was also charged heavily for the cleaning of this part without my consent. I would have rather paid to replace the part, not clean it. Cleaning the part will only prolong the replacement for another year. I have no intentions of bringing my vehicle back any time soon for service.

I would like to thank a couple of people with this go around. Scott Voyzey for putting up with me to begin with. Scott was nothing but professional when handling my concerns over my vehicle. He treated me very well even when I was being unprofessional. Scott did everything to fix all problems that I may have caused so I say THANK YOU. Next would be the service director at Fred Beans his name would be Tony Weikel I also would like to thank him for putting up with me. I like that he stood behind his tecnission when he made a decision to have parts retested or reviewed by another. I would also like to point out that the tecnission who did the work on my vehicle was out standing. Never got his name but Scott Voyzey will let you all know who he was. All and all they treated me GREAT they took care of all problems I was having. After dealing with me I would recommend anyone to have there vehicle serviced by the team at FRES BEANS on the Carlisle Pike.

1st you changed my appointment. Then you email me telling me I missed my appointment even though I dropped my truck off to you the day before and you have my keys in your drop box. Lastly you never fixed anything. I took it to a local shop and he fix my rattle in less than 20 min. The same rattle you said you did not hear. I did not have him look at my transmission because of time constraints. My first time to your service, baring an emergency will without a doubt be my last.

When I have an appointment, I expect to be seen at that time. I find it ABSOLUTELY ridiculous that I was only notified about needed work at 11:30. What my car needed was a part that this dealership did not have in stock, they had to get from LB Smith. Work was FINALLY completed at 2:09 P.M. the other issue I had was that this dealership did not have the warranty information for my vehicle even though I purchased it at their Doylestown location, but you made sure you charged me for the diagnostic. Very dissatisfied in Fred Beans service in Mechanicsburg.
