My son Picked up car Friday night and call about 10 minutes later that it felt like the wheels were falling off. I told him to take it back to ford. I then went and drove it and I couldn’t believe that it literally felt like the wheels were falling off. The ford service guy said that that day the alignment wasn’t working correctly. I just think what if something did happen while my son was driving. If the alignment wasn’t working Friday The technician should have said something.
