Jon Williams took care of me full heartedly. Customer service nowadays is very rare but Jon is all about making his customers number one. It took three times to make my car right. When I purchased the new car, I was told that it came with lifetime FREE inspections. They tried to get me to pay for the sticker. Then, after that was resolved, I was told I owed 40+ dollars for the emissions test. I told the man that i didn't need or approve the test, and he said it was a state wide law. I corrected him that it was only mandated in high population areas, and he said I live in Mechanicsburg, so i had to have it done. He later found out that they had me listed at an incorrect address. Then when one of the mechanics went out to remove the sticker, he discovered that the sticker had never been applied, but I was still going to be charged. Several people agreed with me, but NO ONE ever offered an apology. Seemed to be obvious attempts to cheat me. Very poor attitude shown in the waiting room by your people who didn't want to admit they were wrong.

Unfortunately I had to call 5 times to schedule an appointment for a recall.The receptionist who answered the phone and transferred me to service was not pleasant. She kept transferring me to someone's voicemail. When I finally reached a person they told me their systems were down and couldn't help me. I had to keep calling back throughout the day.

I appreciated the efforts and ownership the dealer took about my emissions failing inspection on my brand new Explorer. They were willing to drive the car around but did not put enough mileage on it for it to meet the requirement. Only 30 mikes or so. It got late In the day and I got the impression they weren’t willing to take it back out for some extra mileage. I took back the vehicle because I needed it for work, they said I could bring it back when I wanted because they said I’d it was their issue. but I ended up needing to make a weekend appointment because my. schedule doesn’t permit me much flexibility during the week. However, I ended up with some time on my hand yesterday, called around 2pm believing and hoping to get it in that day because they said I could and it was real quick. But I guess they had no one available. I can understand that I suppose, but I felt dismissed.

I felt my visit lacked thoroughness, attention to detail, and I was given little respect when I asked a question and was told I was to to give them the respect when they lacked the knowledge of where they placed my vehicle after the service was completed. It took them several minutes to locate my car. I was told upon making the appointment that I would receive my first oil change for free. I was charged for the oil change (53.00). After questioning about the oil change and the loss of my vehicle I asked to speak with someone higher in management and upon further research they did in fact find I was to have the free oil change. Multiple service staff continually refused to believe what I was told and insistent that I give them the exact name of who told me my oil change would be free and was becoming aggressive. This is why I don’t like coming to your service center. When we purchased this vehicle we were also told that every time you brought the vehicle in for service upon completion of the service they wash the car. I had to go to the sales department and ask them to wash the vehicle which they did. Sorry this is so long but it is hard to tell you everything that happened today. Very frustrated and very unsatisfied with all of this. Hope to hear back from you soon.

I had both my truck and car in for service and it cost me over $650. I think your prices are too high and will be seeking service elsewhere in the future.
