Shop stated vehicle would be complete on Monday after being dropped off Thursday night for first thing Friday morning. Vehicle wasn't complete until the following Thursday. I understand there are busy times and unexpected circumstances, but to not foresee this timeframe in the first place just makes me question how the scheduling is handled. Were there other jobs that took priority even if they arrived after my vehicle? Was it a parts availability issue? It's not a huge deal, just curious how Monday managed to turn into a Thursday completion. The service department always notified me that it was going to move into the next day, but they didn't really give any further explanation. However, I didn't ask either. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience. Not exceptional, but I would still bring my vehicle back for service again.

I made an appointment on Tuesday for simple maintenance. I got the vehicle back on Wednesday evening. I was very clear when I called that I have my own electrical business and this is my business vehicle, I need it back ASAP. It cost me about $400 extra in my business because of this. I couldn’t complete a job and had to use an employees time to run me around. Being that I run my own business, I know when you make an appointment with someone, they expect you to keep it and get the job done. Also, I know how much the parts cost, you charged me double or more for these parts. That’s ridiculous! The labor, I understand, the material not so much. I will definitely not be returning and will make sure I steer anyone I know clear of your service department.
