I’m accustomed to Toyota going above and beyond for their customers and I didn’t really feel like Juan really cared to do that. He had a very it is what it is attitude. When I asked if I could take the shuttle home he callled the driver and told me it would take too long because the driver has 2 more people to pick up. I asked “so I won’t be able to use it at all” he said “no because it’ll take too much time”. No “sorry” no “ I apologize for the inconvenience”. I don’t know if it had to do with the fact that I had a rainbow mask on but he just had a very cold demeanor. Anywho, So other customers WERE able to have that experience of the shuttle but I wouldn’t be able to. This is a management issue because if you guys schedule so many people a day u should have more drivers available and also you guys shouldn’t offer a service that you can’t provide to ALL your customers. I had to wait 1.5 hours inside when I would’ve been much more comfortable at home waiting for my car to be serviced.
