Online there was a special of $50 for an oil change and the service adviser tried charging me $60 for the same service. As I was leaving I found an email for the special and only then did she give me the discounted rate. She said that not everyone receives these emails but you can find them on your website so I’m not sure why you wouldn’t automatically give your customers the best price. Smh
