The service and service specialist were great. Totally satisfied with that. The online checkout process was a joke. Do not say bypass the counter when I still had to go to the counter, wait in line, and sign documents to get my car. All it saved was 30 seconds since the clerk didn't have to swipe my credit card. So really the online thing was pointless.
