I received a text message stating that it was time for my car to be serviced. When I checked in with Bryan, he immediately recommended a transmission service. After the car was actually checked it was recommended that my rear brakes be serviced. I would have appreciated Bryan receiving information from the actual mechanics prior to recommending services from the service booth.

It took 3 hours.for oil filter change no one told me about the delay in the back. I had to change my plans due to this extreme delay. No oil change should take this long btw I had a appointment no difference.
