For the first time in a long time, I feel the need to provide feedback on my experience with your rep. Zeke started by saying that i needed an oil change for which he quoted me a price. He then went on to say that tire rotation needed to be done but it was optional. I took this as him telling me that i had to pay for it. I reminded him that i had purchased the tires with you all and tire rotation was free. At this point he looked up the information to confirm. Perhaps, im wrong but we could have avoided this by him looking up the information first. He then went to tell me that “as they had told me before, the lugnuts (sp?) were already worn out and i may need to pay for replacement. I told him i wasnt aware of that issue as no one had mentioned it during my last visit. He replied by saying “well, it was written on your paperwork”. Again, rather than assuming that someone had mentioned it to me or that i had read or understood every comment that was written on my receipt, he could have simply explained the possible consequences of changing/rotating the tires. Unfortunately, some of us women count on the reps to guide us or explain the issues in a patient and understanding manner, not in a condescending and assuming manner.

The service took hours longer than the original time that was given. After requesting for an update on my vehicle, I was told that the service would only take about “twenty to thirty more minutes,” however, it still took even longer than the updated time estimate. After speaking to multiple employees at various different times, they all gave me the same answer and I would, again, have to wait “only twenty to thirty minutes” because the employees claimed that they were still working on my vehicle. Finally, after speaking to a fifth person about an update on my vehicle, I was told that my car had just been taken into the facility to be serviced just a few minutes prior. I explained that I was told that my vehicle was being serviced this entire time and requested to reschedule my appointment, rather than wait another “twenty minutes.” However, it was clear that I would not be able to reschedule my appointment since they apparently had *actually* started working on my vehicle this time. Moving forward, when my vehicle was finished, I was not given a car wash as all of the other guests before me have received, and I was quite disappointed with the excuses that each employee had given me and was unhappy with the overall service.

Took 2 hours for a tire change and didnt even bother to tell me that my car had a recall that could of been taken care of the same day. Now i have to go again and waste more time. Thank you
