My car finish around 11 am the service supervisor told me to wait for an hour for the shuttle to me up! I wait for more than an hour for the shuttle no one comes! Adriana my service was advisor was great. But the newly promoted Director Juan (manager) displayed the worst customer service I have ever experienced to include the front desk lady who assisted with courtesy vehicle pick up and drop off. I feel invaluable as a customer and feel like I was treated as a piece of garbage more than a valued repeat customer who has purchased/leased more than 3 vehicles in the passed 6 years. If I ever thought of purchasing/leasing a vehicle from Carson Toyota, this experience changed my whole perspective. I am very dissatisfied with the expectations and quality of service I received overall. I was made to pay for services that were expected to be done back in April 2021 and because of poor management and oversight I was made to pay over $80 for services not completed at my previous visit. I hope this reaches someone that can make a difference in changing the experience individuals get when trying to get “award winning” service(s). I wish to get a full refund for these services but unsure if they will actually happen. Thank you for your time in reading this.

I loved that even though I didn’t have a appointment, I was able to get my car in for service and out in a wonderful time frame. Everyone was very friendly from the time I pulled up to the podium until My car was delivered to me. My job always compares it self to the Toyota service and wow I see why. We have to step up our game.
