Customer service was very poor everything went very late managers did not give good service read it like a salt hours I'm not happy with my service

the cashier was not helpful at all. i asked her a question regarding a discount that i mentioned to srvice advisor Jimmy before my car was serviced. She lied telling me that it had been applied but when i checked it had not. i had to go over and speak to jimmy about it and he said for some reason the system did not. but promised a free service on next visit.
