Adriana is great! She was so helpful and communicative and the service techs got the work done faster than expected. What I didn’t like was being contacted by your sales department as I was waiting for the work to be done. It made me wonder if I should bother coming back since customers are now apparently a captive audience for your salespeople. If I want to buy a car, I’ll go look at cars.

I had asked for tor complimentary car wash at scheduling of appointment, I asked for complimentary car wash when I was attended at servicing. I picked up my Camry at end of day. No car wash was provided. I’m 1week out from my due date. I was trusting to have my car washed as I was told. I could’ve made prior arrangements to pick up my car earlier and have it washed today as it’s my husbands only day off.
