Steve was very helpful. He wrote down my concerns and he told me that he would forward them on to my regular service advisor. He did just that and he told me that Bryan would handle it from there out. I was glad to know that the service writer worked so closely together and respect each other’s customers. If I hadn’t been working with Bryan already, I would most differently have let Steve be my service advisor he was so present to work with and very much knowledgable about the Prius.

I scheduled for 730 am I arrived exactly 730am then I am told that it will take one and half hour. I waited until 915am then went to the cashier to see if my car is ready. The cashier stated not ready yet but I can go to service advisor who assigned for my car. I went to Brian he had a customer I waited 10min standing outside the door. But Brian he wasn’t even bothered to apologize he keeps talking with the other customer more than 10min . Another representative came out side and helped me stated almost done to wait another 10min. But I waited 29 min and I want back to Brian to see if it’s going to take more and I said almost 3hrs I am here and he said it’s not true I ts only 2 hrs you were here at 740 now it’s only 845 it’s only 2hrs ok not 3 . Even he didn’t even apologize for 30 min late but finally I got my car exactly 1000am. It took to get my car 2 hrs and 30 min. Brian instead of apologizing for lateness he said it’s not true it’s only 2hr I never had any problems with Toyota Camry service. Just moved from LA CA. This is my 2nd time to be there and Brian was very rude instead of apologizing the customer he said “it’s not true! It’s only 2hrs. You can check what time I got there and left. Please next time I hope you’re not going to assign to me.

Cost of repair was too high and took many days to complete.
I was told my car would be ready by 10AM Tuesday and I would be updated prior to pick up. I waited but no call ever came that morning. I left messages by text and voicemail. Finally, I made one last call and spoke with a female staff who relayed my exasperation to your rep. That’s when I got a call back, but was informed I had to wait another hour for the repair to be done. No apology offered. It was already past 12 noon that I finally was able to pick up my car after waiting for many hours. As a result, I lost half a day’s work. Your rep wasn’t even there when I arrived. For all this bad experience, I am still thankful for the courtesy, free car rental I received, plus the excellent service of another rep, Juan, who helped me twice in a row last Saturday retrieve my house and office keys left inside my car. Juan was so patient to look for my car which was inside the service bay. He was the last person also working in his service kiosk past 5pm that Saturday checking his emails, yet graciously stood up to accommodate me a second time to get my office keys from my car. How can a desperate customer like me who left his two sets of keys and came back twice to your office to retrieve them be coincidentally helped by the same employee? I’m not surprised now, knowing that you have someone like Juan who is willing to go the extra mile with customers like me. For this I wish to commend his excellent service. Thank you.

Like I said earlier he's a fantastic loyal wonderful gentleman and he helped me out over a hundred percent took wonderful care of my car he went above and beyond you guys need more salesman's like him I definitely would return there over and over again and again
