Asked to put a plug in rear passenger tire... that was not done, instead we got a long statement saying the nail in the rear driver side tire was to deep to pull, and unable to plugg it.. I had to go out and look at the van.. sure enough there's another nail in the other tire as well, it was Not there last night. Please truly verify with the customer what tire you are talking about.
Also would have been helpful if you contacted the dealer who sold us the van reguarding the airbag light, since they could have explained how to get rid if that over the phone with you, but no, we now have to drive to Richmond, all because you didn't want to make a phone call.
